Player Release and Transfer Form

To be used from the First Monday after Thanksgiving through July 31st.
Releases & Transfers are not considered complete until the District Commissioner has approved the request in CORIS.

 

Player Transfer Waiver Form

To be used during the player transfer roster freeze period from August 1st to the First Monday after Thanksgiving.
